Terms of Service - ChaosBoost

These Terms of Service apply when you use the services of ChaosBoost, operated by CHAOSBOOST LIMITED ("Site"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

The Site provides in-game services to help players achieve their goals in the supported games. Published start and completion times are estimates unless a fixed time is expressly agreed. Game-server outages, missing information and other circumstances affecting performance may change an estimate. We will notify you promptly and discuss a revised timeframe. If a material delay cannot be resolved within an agreed reasonable period, you may cancel the unperformed part without a cancellation penalty.

You should not be less than thirteen years old to use our services. In accepting these terms, you agree that you are 13 or over. If you are a minor, a parent or legal representative must place or confirm your order.

Prepayment by payment methods offered on the Site is required for all services. Secure payments are handled by third party payment processors. We retain order and payment records needed to process purchases and refunds.

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for services completed as agreed. Unperformed parts of service packages may be eligible for a refund. This does not affect your rights if a service is faulty or misdescribed.

The clients consent to obey all directives from the team handling their order to receive the purchased services. Neglecting this may affect service provision.

An order is completed when the purchased result has been delivered and its completion has been recorded. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by your own actions or unrelated third-party events before or after the service. Completion does not remove your right to a remedy if we failed to provide the agreed service with reasonable care and skill. It is your duty to find out if the use of our services breaches any game agreements. Where no remedy is due under these terms or applicable law, we may offer a goodwill remedy at our discretion.

CHAOSBOOST LIMITED owns the Site and its original content, features and functionality; hence they are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Rights in underlying third-party game content remain with their respective owners.

We have the right to reject or discontinue service to a person for whatever reason at our discretion. Using our services for fraud or abuse may result in termination, subject to any refund rights required by applicable law.

We have the possibility to change these terms at any given time. Updated terms will be placed on this page and the date of revision will be shown. After changes, your continued use of the Site will be the acceptance of the new terms. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing order without your agreement, except where required by law.
