Rewards
A currency boost from the ChaosBoost eliminates the money grind and gives you instant buying power for better gear, ammo and upgrades. With cash in hand, you can take advantage of opportunities that would otherwise take days or weeks to farm. Here are the perks:
- Top-Tier Weapons & Armor – Buy meta weapon builds and top-grade armor without spending hours looting and selling. For example, end-game rifles or tactical rigs that cost hundreds of thousands of rubles become cheap with a boost. You can run the best loadouts every raid and improve your combat effectiveness.
- Medical Supplies & Stims – Stock up on extra meds, surgery kits and combat stimulants so you can heal and keep fighting. With cash in hand you never have to go without meds – you can always bring extra Salewas, CMS kits and painkillers to survive longer in combat.
- Hideout Upgrades – Fast track your hideout construction. Upgrading facilities like the Bitcoin Farm, Workbench or Med Station requires a massive investment of rubles and rare items. A boost gives you the funds to unlock key modules faster, get progress faster. (For example, the Bitcoin Farm and related upgrades cost 30 million₽+ by themselves.)
- Trader Loyalty Levels – Leveling traders to LL4 (loyalty level 4) requires not just experience but also millions in currency spent. With a full wallet you can simply buy and sell the required amount to boost loyalty standing. Maxing out loyalty unlocks the best inventory each trader offers – from Tier 5–6 armors at Ragman to high-tier ammo from Prapor. More cash = faster access to end-game gear.
- Insurance & Repairs – Dying in Tarkov is expensive. You pay insurance fees in rubles to (hopefully) get your gear back if it’s not looted and you’ll often need to repair damaged armor and weapons after every raid. A large wallet means you can always afford to insure your loadout and repair or replace any gear, so you’ll never go broke because you had a bad raid streak – your boost cushions the loss.
In short, more currency means you can play more aggressively and confidently. You can focus on winning fights instead of budgeting and making budget runs. Many players find that investing in a currency boost early on leads to more successful raids and a snowball effect on progress.
Options
There are multiple currency boost packages to choose from, for different needs:
- Roubles Boost – A bulk amount of ₽ Rubles (roubles) for general use. Perfect for buying from traders (Prapor, Therapist, Ragman, etc.), covering repair and insurance costs and shopping on the Flea Market.
- Dollars Boost – A direct boost of Peacekeeper’s currency. If you plan to buy NATO guns, suppressors, high-end optics or M4/AR-15 parts which are all priced in USD.
- Euros Boost – Funding in Euros to trade with Skier. Use this to buy rare European gear or ammo that only Skier offers for Euros.
- Custom Amounts – Need a specific sum for a particular item or upgrade? You can often request an exact amount to be delivered. This way you get just enough for your target – whether it’s a Red Rebel ice pick on the Flea Market or funding a Therapist items case purchase – without overspending.
All packages require a legit Escape From Tarkov account (standard or EOD edition, any edition is fine). If your account is new, note that you must reach at least level 10 to unlock the Flea Market. Accounts with any active bans or restrictions may need to resolve those issues first, as sellers won’t deliver to a flagged account.
Requirements
Before ordering a currency boost, make sure you meet these requirements:
- Valid Tarkov Account – You must have an active Escape From Tarkov account and at least one PMC character slot.
- Level 10+ (Flea Market Access) – Reaching level 10 in-game unlocks the Flea Market, which is often used for safe trading.
- No Recent Suspicious Activity – If your account is under a temporary ban or trade restriction, you should resolve that first.
Meeting these requirements ensures a smooth transaction.
Escape From Tarkov Currencies
Currency is what determines your access to weapons, armor, medical supplies and essential upgrades in Escape From Tarkov. All trading – whether with NPC dealers, the player-run Flea Market or other players – is done in Roubles, Dollars and Euros, each serving a unique purpose in the economy.
- Roubles (₽) – The main currency to complete most transactions. Used for buying gear from most traders, paying for repairs, insurance and Flea Market deals. Players start with some roubles and it’s the default money for standard expenses in Tarkov.
- Dollars ($) – U.S. currency mainly used by Peacekeeper who sells Western/NATO weapons and high-end attachments (like advanced optics and M4 rifles) in dollars. If you want NATO gear or to complete Peacekeeper’s quests, you’ll need a big stash of dollars.
- Euros (€) – European currency used by Skier for premium imports, rare ammo and top-tier gear. Skier’s highest loyalty level offers a weapons case that costs ~€8,300 (nearly 888,000₽). Euros are also required to buy end-game hideout upgrades (like the Solar Power module and max-level stash).
Each currency has its use: Roubles for daily deals, Dollars for Peacekeeper and Euros for Skier. Know which one you need and you’ll gear up for raids in no time.
Currency Conversion in EFT
The in-game exchange rates between Roubles, Dollars and Euros change with the player-driven market (and even real-world events). Tarkov’s economy is even partly tied to real-world currency value. Here are approximate conversion rates in Escape From Tarkov as of recent patches:
| Conversion | Rate (approx.) |
|---|---|
| Roubles → Dollars | ₽110 ≈ $1 USD |
| Roubles → Euros | ₽125 ≈ €1 EUR |
| Dollars → Roubles | $1 USD ≈ ₽105 |
| Euros → Roubles | €1 EUR ≈ ₽120 |
These rates are not fixed and can change over time. The game updates trader exchange rates periodically to reflect the dynamic market. In one wipe the Peacekeeper might sell $1 for about ₽128, but due to economic changes it could rise to ₽160 per $1. When you buy Currency from ChaosBoost players, the seller will take care of the conversion for you. You don’t need to convert currencies yourself – you’ll receive the exact amount of currency ready to spend.
