You unlock Felscorned Shalla'tor by completing any 3 of 4 Broken Shore achievements on your Timerunner. You choose which ones - storyline, exploration, dungeons, or Legionfall reputation. Once you decide, ChaosBoost finishes all 3 tasks, and the sword is added to your collection. This service runs in piloted mode only so we can manage story chains, rare timers, dungeon queues, and rep farming without delay.
You can choose any 3 of the 4 following achievements:
