You unlock Sinister Felwand by completing any 2 of 4 Stormheim achievements on your Timerunner. You decide which ones - campaign, zone exploration, dungeons, or Valarjar rep. After you choose, ChaosBoost completes both goals and unlocks the wand directly in your collection. This service runs in piloted mode only to control quest flow, dungeon queues, and rep pacing.
You can choose any 2 of the 4 following achievements:
