Rewards
Buying Treasure Maps in FO76 is like a post-apocalyptic goodie bag. You never know exactly what you’ll pull out of the ground but it’s always a treat. Our boost service ensures you’ll get all the rewards without breaking a sweat. Here’s what you can expect when digging up treasure maps in Fallout 76:
- Rare Plans & Schematics – Find rare crafting plans for weapons, armor, Power Armor pieces and camp items. These are unique blueprints that let you craft gear most wastelanders can only dream of.
- Weapons & Armor Galore – Digging up a treasure cache can give you a stockpile of Fallout 76 weapons and armor pieces. From common firearms to rare energy weapons or heavy combat armor, you’ll be loaded for bear. Some drops are “non-standard” items you won’t typically find during your daily quests, so your collection will get a boost.
- Legendary Items – While not guaranteed, there’s always a chance a shiny 1-3 star FO76 legendary weapon or armor will pop out of that dirt mound. Legendary gear has special traits that can really make your build pop.
- Valuable Junk & Resources – One person’s junk is a wastelander’s treasure! Buried stashes often contain junk items like gold pocket watches, silver forks, fancy hairbrushes and pre-war money. These items break down into crafting materials (gold, silver, etc.) needed for mods and camp upgrades. It’s the FO76 junk farm – you’ll be swimming in useful components for crafting.
- Caps, Ammo & Aid – Treasure caches usually include a handful of caps (the wasteland’s currency) and sometimes ammo or aid items. It might be a stash of caps, a stack of bullets for your favorite gun or even chems and stimpaks to keep you going. It’s like finding a survival kit buried just for you.

Requirements
Before we grab our shovels and head out to dig up FO76 Appalachia’s secrets, there are a few simple requirements to make sure the ChaosBoost Treasure Maps Boost goes smoothly. Don’t worry – most of these are things every player has set up. Here’s what you need:
- Fallout 76 Account – You must own Fallout 76 (fo76) on your platform of choice and have an active account. We’ll be playing on your character, so having the game and a valid Bethesda/Steam (or console) account is necessary. (No trial accounts in the Wasteland – it’s gotta be the real account you play on.)
- FO76 Character Ready for Adventure – Make sure you have a character who has completed the tutorial and stepped out of Vault 76. Basically, your character should be in Adventure Mode and free to roam the world. (If you’ve finished the intro quests, you’re good to go. The boost can’t start if your character is still sleeping in the vault!)
- Treasure Maps (if You Have Them) – If you want us to use your existing treasure maps, have them in your inventory or stash. This includes any specific maps you want us to dig up. Organize them if you can, so nothing gets missed.
- Stash & Inventory Space – Clear out some space for all the incoming loot. We recommend clearing out a good amount of your stash box and inventory before the boost. Treasure hunting produces tons of items (we’re talking piles of weapons, armor, junk, etc.), and hitting that stash limit mid-boost is a real bummer. Make sure you have weight capacity and stash slots available – you’re about to get a small mountain of goodies!
- Account Security Info – For piloted boosts (account share option), be prepared to provide your login details securely through our system. If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, you’ll need to provide the code or disable 2FA temporarily while we do the service. Don’t worry – ChaosBoost cares about security.
How to Get Treasure Maps in Fallout 76
To get Treasure Maps in Fallout 76, players must search for these mystical notes across the Wasteland, finding them as random drops from enemies, inside containers or from event rewards.
- Exploration & Looting – The most common way to get treasure maps is just to play the game and loot everything. They are random drops in the world.
- Events & Quests – Keep an eye out for event rewards or quest loot bags. While not super common, some events in Appalachia (or even seasonal events) might reward a treasure map upon completion.
- Player Vendors & Trading – Since Fallout 76 has a player economy, you can buy treasure maps from other players. Many wasteland veterans end up with surplus (especially if they’ve been server-hopping during past duplication glitches or just farming like crazy).
- Scoreboard and Giveaways – Occasionally the Scoreboard (the FO76 battle pass-like system) or Bethesda promotions might include a treasure map or a bundle of maps as a reward.
