Requirements
Before you drop pod into our Helldivers 2 Medals boost service, make sure you meet the basic requirements. We keep them minimal – after all, the whole point is to make your life easier – but a few things are needed to ensure a smooth operation:
- Helldivers 2 Game Account – You must own Helldivers 2 on your platform (PlayStation 5 or PC) and have access to your account. If you’re on Steam or PSN, ensure your login details are ready for a piloted boost, or that you have co-op unlocked for a self-play session. Basically, if you can play the game normally, you’re set.
- Warbond Access Unlocked – Make sure you’ve completed any introductory missions or tutorials so that the Warbond menu (in the Acquisition center) is available. How to farm Medals in Helldivers 2
There are a few ways to farm Medals in Helldivers 2. Here are some popular strategies and how they stack up:
- High-Difficulty Mission Runs – High difficulty missions (Challenging, Hard, up to Helldive) reward significantly more per completion. The catch is they’re brutally tough, so unless you’ve got a solid squad, expect a serious fight. Some players instead speedrun very short missions (like quick defense ops) on repeat for efficiency – effective, but extremely tedious.
- Point of Interest Scavenging – Not all Medals come from mission rewards; many are found in the field. Scour minor Points of Interest (loot chests, pods, bunkers) during missions for 1–3 each. On lower difficulties, they appear more frequently. You can even grab the loot and extract early – a low-risk, if somewhat slow, farming method.
- Personal Orders & Major Orders – Always complete your Personal Order (daily) and Major Orders (weekly) for easy Medals. The daily order gives about 15, and each weekly Major Order can drop 35–65 in one go. These are high-value targets for your time – essentially free Medals just for checking off a mission (though you’re limited to one of each until they reset).
- Co-op with Veteran Helldivers – Farming goes much faster with a coordinated team. A squad of experienced Helldivers can tackle higher difficulties or split up to cover objectives, netting you more per run. Playing in co-op means more firepower and strategy to handle tough missions (and friends to revive you when things go sideways).
