Each difficulty has its own purpose:

• Normal - the starting tier with real raid progression at 272 item level. A solid entry point for your main, a fast catch-up for an alt, and an easy way to unlock the weekly reward.
• Heroic - a 285 item level run with the Heroic: Rotmire achievement. The best balance of rewards and speed.
• Mythic - the top option. You get loot at 298 item level, the highest available in Midnight Season 1, plus the Mythic: Rotmire achievement and the new Mythic Flex format.

Mythic deserves a special mention. Sporefall is the first raid in WoW history with a flexible Mythic group size, from 15 to 25 players. The encounter difficulty scales with the number of players - a new move from Blizzard to make Mythic raiding more accessible.

The main reason to farm this raid is the three unique cantrip items and the Sporefused armor. These items carry special effects and a high item level, so they fill multiple slots at once and were designed to prepare players for the transition from Season 1 to Season 2.

You can order a kill focused on a specific item from our store:

• Rotmire's Sporeheart - a neck for healers. Your healing has a chance to create protective toadstools that absorb damage. If those toadstools break, they explode and deal Nature damage to nearby enemies.
• Sporecaller's Blooming Loop - a ring for Nature damage. It applies Rotbloom, which deals damage over time; if the target already has the effect, it triggers again for extra damage. Paired with the neck, this is a very strong combination.
• Sporelord's Mycelial Insignia - a versatile trinket for everyone. Your abilities have a chance to grant a random secondary stat and Leech for 12 seconds.

One important note: all three items can drop for any spec and role. So even as a tank or DPS, you can still get the healer neck, and a healer can still get the damage ring. That's why the Sporefall Boost makes sense for practically any character.

Alongside the gear, Sporefall has its own mount: the Luminous Sporeglider. This glowing fungal glider isn't a random drop - you earn it by collecting four Delicious Sporesnacks. Each Sporesnack drops once per week per account when you kill Rotmire on any difficulty.
