Rewards
What’s inside those MoCo (MO.CO) crates, and what do you get from our boost service? Buying every chest gives you immediate goodies that boost your character’s resources and progress. Here’s what you’ll get from a full hunt:
- Merch Tokens (Cosmetic Coins): Every chest contains 10 Merch Tokens, the special currency used to buy outfits, hats, rides and other cosmetics in MoCo’s shop. Collecting all on a map gives you 100 tokens – enough to buy that cool outfit or gadget skin you’ve been eyeing. These tokens let you dress your hunter like a pro (even if you’re still wearing starter gear underneath!).
- Extra Loot & Resources: In addition to tokens, they sometimes yield a bit of extra loot, such as mo.gold (the basic cash) or minor resources. While Merch Tokens are the star of the show, don’t be surprised if you get some bonus currency or crafting materials as a little cherry on top.
- Experience Points: While chest themselves mainly hold tokens, opening them often ties into XP-rich projects or achievements. For example, completing a “find all of them” project for a world can give you a huge XP reward (some projects give 10,000+ XP!). So indirectly, hunting helps you level up faster. Plus, our boosters will kill any monsters they encounter on the way, giving your character extra XP.
- Project Progress & Achievements: MoCo has special quests called Projects (often 3-stage tasks) that sometimes include finding objectives. Each chest our booster opens brings you closer to completing these projects. The reward? Big XP drops and sometimes unique rewards like titles or cosmetic items (there’s even a rumor about finding a secret fox pet after completing certain sets – how cool is that?). Completing all of these will give you a true MoCo world explorer.
Options
At ChaosBoost, we know every player’s needs are different, so our MoCo Crates Boost service has flexible buying options. Whether you missed a few or skipped dozens of them, you can customize the boost to fit your situation. Here are the options you can choose from for your boost:
- Single World Sweep: Need just one world’s chests done? No problem. Our booster will go into any specific world of your choice and open all 10 there. Perfect if you’re stuck on 9/10 in Techno City or any single map that’s driving you nuts. We’ll clear that zone’s rewards completely so you can check it off your list.
- Custom Count: Maybe you don’t need all the crates, just a specific number. With our service, you can buy exactly how many you want. For example, if you only want 20 opened (say, to get enough tokens for a purchase), just select 20 and we’ll get that many across your worlds. Our team will open the easiest ones first unless you request specific ones. It’s crate boosting à la carte!
- Fast Pass Add-on: Worried about time? We offer scheduling options so you can have your treasures collected at a convenient time or even overnight while you sleep. While not an option you select in the cart, it’s a flexibility we provide – just let us know if you have timing preferences and we’ll make it happen. (Waking up to find all opened and rewards waiting is a great feeling.)
Requirements
Before buying, make sure you meet these requirements for our MoCo Crates Boost service. Don’t worry – they’re pretty simple:
- Unlocked Worlds: You must have access to the worlds that contain the crates you want us to open. In MoCo, new maps unlock as you level up. For example, if you’re only level 10, you won’t have the Elite zones unlocked yet (and thus we can’t open them there). Essentially, we can only open it in areas you’ve reached. If you buy a boost for 50, ensure you have enough worlds unlocked that together have at least 50 unopened treasures available.
- No Active Session: You should be offline during the boost. Since our booster will be on your account, you won’t be able to play that account simultaneously. Plan to take a break from MoCo while we do the job (go touch grass, grab a snack or play another game in the meantime!). We usually complete crate boosts pretty fast, so you’ll be back in action before you know it.
- No high gear score or special items are required from you. You just need to have the game ready and worlds unlocked, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you meet these requirements, you’re all set to buy your MoCo crates boost and let us fetch those goodies.
How to Get Crates in MoCo
If you’re curious how one normally goes about finding crates in-game (without a boost), here’s a quick rundown. MoCo crates don’t just fall into your lap; you’ve got to explore and put in some legwork to snag them. Here are the main ways (and tips) to get it in MoCo by yourself:
- Explore Every Nook and Cranny: Crates are hidden all over each map. This means climbing towers, checking behind waterfalls, and entering cave hideouts – leave no stone unturned. Each world has exactly 10, and they’re always in fixed positions (not random spawn). So if you methodically explore the whole map, you’ll eventually find all of them.
- Watch for the Yellow Dots: MoCo was kind enough not to make crates completely invisible – when your character comes near a crate, it’ll appear on your minimap as a small yellow dot. Keep your eyes on the radar as you roam. If you see that dot pop up, you’re close! Use it as a hot/cold indicator to zero in on the crate’s location. Sometimes moving the camera around helps spot the glowing blue crate tucked in a corner.
- Level Up to Unlock More Worlds: You can only get crates from worlds you have access to. As you level up in MoCo, new worlds (maps) become available, each with their own set of 10. So one strategy: level up first, unlock a bunch of worlds, then do a massive crate run in all of them. This way you gather a huge amount of Merch Tokens in one go. Just remember, some worlds are huge, so be prepared for a long haul.
- Use Gadgets and Abilities: Some gadgets in MoCo can help with crate hunting. For example, the Portable Portal gadget can teleport you to hard-to-reach spots, and jump boosts or gliders can get you onto rooftops or across chasms where crates might be hiding. (There used to be a trick with the Squid Blades gadget giving invisibility to sneak through high-level zones for crates – the devs have nerfed that, but veteran players always find a way!) Use your tools to access tricky crate locations without having to clear every single enemy.
