Root of Corrosion

Tarisland Root of Corrosion raid is not just about mechanics – it’s also a loot machine of high end gear and exclusive goodies. Clearing this raid (especially on higher difficulties) will significantly gear up your character. Here’s what you can expect to find inside Root of Corrosion:

• Raid-Class Currency: Every Root of Corrosion boss drops special currency tokens (sometimes called Raid Class Currency). These tokens are super rare because you can spend them at special vendors for class specific set pieces or upgrades. Even if a boss doesn’t drop the exact item you want, these currencies will get you closer to that next big gear purchase. It’s a form of bad-luck protection and progression unique to raids.
• Echo Stones & Unique Items: The last bosses (like the Archdruid) can drop unique items such as Echo Stones or other upgrade materials. Echo Stones are used in Tarisland to infuse your gear with extra powers or stats. By clearing Root of Corrosion you’ll get rare materials to further upgrade your equipment, beyond just the gear score number.
• Cosmetics and Mounts: Alongside the costume from Perfect Clear, this raid may drop or unlock other cosmetic rewards. Past Tarisland events have given out special mount skins or titles for completers. While gear makes you powerful, cosmetics make you look powerful. Nothing says “I beat a tough raid” like a shiny title above your head or a cool mount to ride on.
• Gold and Crafting Materials: Raids in Tarisland also tend to drop a lot of gold, as well as crafting reagents that can be found in boss chests or from disenchanting duplicate loot. So even if an item isn’t needed, you can craft something else with it. A full Root of Corrosion clear will leave your inventory full of gear and valuable items to sell or trade.

As you can see, the rewards from Tarisland Root of Corrosion are numerous and impactful. Your character will be much stronger and you’ll have shiny new gear to show for it. By using ChaosBoost’s Root of Corrosion carry, you’re essentially fast tracking these rewards – instead of waiting for your pickup group to down that last boss for the item you need, you get a clear with our team and get your loot guaranteed.

We understand that every player has different needs, so ChaosBoost offers flexible Tarisland options for the Root of Corrosion boost service. Whether you want a full clear or just help with a specific challenge, we have you covered. Here are the customizable boost options to choose from:

• Difficulty: Choose from Normal, Elite or Epic clear. If you just want a quick, clear explanation and some basic gear, Normal mode is available. If you’re after top tier loot, we offer Elite and Epic mode carries – these harder difficulties reward higher Gear Score items. You can pick the difficulty that suits your needs (and don’t worry, our pros can do Epic mode just as easily as Normal).
• Full Clear or Specific Boss Kills: You can choose to do a full clear (all bosses defeated in one run for maximum loot) or target specific bosses. Stuck only on the Archdruid fight? We can jump in and help you finish just that encounter. Missing an item from the Synthesis Doctor? We’ll take you straight to him. You can choose the boost that suits your needs – though we highly recommend full clear for the best experience and rewards (plus it’s often most cost effective).
• Self-Play or Piloted (Carry Mode): We offer both self-play (you play your character with our team) and piloted (account-share) options. In self-play you get to be there in the action, experiencing the raid firsthand while our team guides you and does the heavy lifting. It’s a great learning experience – like having raid coaches with you.

In short, our Tarisland Root of Corrosion boost is fully customizable. You choose the difficulty, the extent of the carry and how involved you want to be in the run. Our goal is to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience tailored to your needs.

To ensure the Root of Corrosion Tarisland raid boost goes smoothly, there are a few requirements and preparations needed on your end. Don’t worry – these are pretty straightforward for any endgame player and if you’re missing something, we can often help you get ready. Here’s what you’ll need before the boost:

• Level 40 Character: You must have a Tarisland character at the max level (which is 40). The Root of Corrosion is endgame content so only max level characters can participate. Make sure you’ve completed your leveling journey. (If not, ChaosBoost also offers leveling services – we can get you to 40 in no time, just ask!)
• Gear Score Minimum: For Normal mode we recommend at least 85-90 Gear Score on your character. For Elite around 100 GS and for Epic 110+ GS. This ensures your character isn’t too squishy and can equip any loot that drops. If your GS is slightly lower we might still do Normal mode, but higher difficulties do have an in-game gear requirement to even enter.
• Access to the Raid: Make sure you have unlocked the Root of Corrosion raid in your game progression. Typically this means completing any prerequisite quests or story chapters that lead up to the raid. In Tarisland, some raids require a short questline or visiting the raid entrance at least once.

In summary, make sure you have a max-level, decently geared Tarisland character with access to the raid. If something is missing (level or gear), ChaosBoost can often provide additional services to get you up to speed. Our goal is to get you into Root of Corrosion and out with loot as smooth as possible. If you’re unsure about any requirement, just ask – we can help clarify or make arrangements.

Boosting the Root of Corrosion raid requires preparation, game knowledge and teamwork. If you plan to do it on your own (or just want to know what our boosters will do for you), here are the steps and tips to keep in mind:

• Prepare Your Character: Make sure you’re max level (Level 40 in Tarisland) with good gear. Aim for at least ~90 Gear Score for Normal mode, 100+ for Elite and 110+ for Epic. Stock up on potions and buffs and repair your equipment before entering – you’ll need every advantage against these bosses.
• Assemble a Balanced Team: Root of Corrosion is a 10-player raid, usually requiring 2 tanks, 2-3 healers and 5-6 DPS (damage dealers). A balanced party with good class synergy is crucial. You’ll need tanks to hold aggro, healers to heal heavy raid damage and DPS who know when to focus on bosses vs. adds (additional enemies). Coordination is key so group up with players who communicate and work together.
• Execute and Communicate: Once inside, take it one boss at a time. Use voice chat or in-game pings to call out important events (like “Adds are spawning, kill them now!” or “Dodge the big attack!”). Stay flexible – even with a plan, things can get crazy. If someone makes a mistake, recover together rather than playing the blame game. Keep morale up; progress often comes after a few wipes as everyone learns the fight rhythm.
• Progress Through Each Encounter: The raid generally follows a set order. Start by defeating the Merfolk King in his domain, then the Ancient Tree in the woods, descend into the mad lab of the Synthesis Doctor, endure the chaotic Forest Gemini twin battle, and finally the Archdruid at the heart of the corruption. Take a short break between fights if needed – use that time to recap strategy for the next boss and check everyone’s health/mana and cooldowns.

Following the above steps will give you a chance to boost the Root of Corrosion raid. It’s a tough journey, no doubt. But remember, every wipe is a learning experience. And if things get too frustrating, our ChaosBoost team is just a click away to carry you through smoothly!
