  • Progress toward the Experienced Spelunker Legacy Challenge

How It Works

  1. Placing an Order

You choose the number of attempts on the service page and add them to your cart. The game does not transfer Forever characters between worlds. That's why the Quick checkout form on the same page asks for your region, ruleset, and faction.

  2. Paying for Your Order

The Buy now button opens the payment method selection. Enter your personal 10% discount code in the promo code field and click Apply. Your ChaosBoost balance covers up to 100% of the cost of the attempts.

  3. Team Booking

The operator receives the order upon payment. They begin the booking process within 5 minutes in most cases. Then they select boosters for Dalaran and coordinate the time for the first run with you.

  4. Service Execution

The leader sends an invitation at the start of each attempt. A run from the sewer entrance to the fight in the Purple Parlor takes 30-40 minutes for Rank 1 boosters. You can watch the fights or participate in them as the leader directs.

  5. Order Completion

You check the results of each attempt with the operator. Then you can leave a review of the run on the ChaosBoost website.

The operator closes the order after your last attempt. Our team will repeat the attempt free of charge if your character did not secure a kill on the final boss during that attempt.

FAQ

Who Can Use Archmagister's Faceted Pendant?

A character of any class and any faction can wear the amulet. The game binds the pendant to the character upon pickup (BoP). You will not be able to transfer it to an alt after it drops. That's why our team runs the attempts with the character who will be wearing the amulet.

Where Does Archmagister's Faceted Pendant Drop?

The pendant drops from the final boss of the Dalaran dungeon in Alterac Mountains. Each kill of this boss gives a chance to obtain the amulet and other items from its loot. Blizzard added Dalaran to Forever as one of nine new dungeons.

What Level Do You Need for Archmagister's Faceted Pendant?

Your character can equip the pendant from level 30. Blizzard designed the Dalaran dungeon for levels 28-33. A character below level 30 can also take the amulet from the final boss's loot. The pendant will remain in your bag until you reach level 30.

Do I Need a Dalaran Sewer Key?

Your character does not need to have their own Dalaran Sewer Key. A single key that any player in the group holds unlocks the sewer entrance for all five players. Your character receives the key as part of the Heart of Disruption quest. Image of Archmage Modera gives you this quest after your faction's quest chain.

Does a Run Count for Experienced Spelunker?

Killing the final boss fulfills the Dalaran requirement for the Experienced Spelunker Legacy Challenge. The account receives one Legacy point for the entire challenge. It includes ten mid-level dungeons, among them Gnomeregan, Razorfen Kraul, and the four wings of Scarlet Monastery.

Archmagister's Faceted Pendant Stats

This rare-quality pendant has an item level of 35 and requires a character level of 30. It has hybrid stats (+6 Intellect and +12 Attack Power). Intellect gives the character more mana. The Attack Power bonus increases damage from auto-attacks and abilities for warriors, rogues, and other melee classes. This allows them to deal more damage while they level past level 30.

The Use effect gives +10% experience from killing undead for 5 minutes. Blizzard has reduced the experience from mobs in the Forever dungeons. That's why this bonus is more useful on open-world quests with undead. The pendant has a 6-hour cooldown. We recommend using it before a quest with a large pack of undead.

Shade of the Archmage Loot

The pendant shares the loot table of the Dalaran dungeon's final boss (levels 28-33) with other new Forever items. Combat with this boss takes place in the Purple Parlor beyond the portal. He casts Mass Polymorph on all players there when his mana reaches zero. The other three items in this table suit different classes and professions:

  • Ponderous Orb - casters hold this item level 35 orb in the Held In Off-hand slot.
  • Violet Sorcerer's Mantle - the shoulder piece of the Violet Sorcerer's Vestments set. Five set pieces give a chance to summon an Arcane Elemental when you deal damage with a spell.
  • Blueprint: Arcane Salvager - this blueprint teaches an Enchanter to place Arcane Salvager at a campfire. This object makes disenchanting more efficient.

Blizzard added this loot to World of Warcraft Forever along with the dungeon. That's why there is no drop data from Classic for these items. You can buy Archmagister's Faceted Pendant as a bundle of multiple attempts to get a series of final boss kills in a single order. Our team carries out these attempts alongside your character. You won't have to assemble a group of five players for each run.

WoW Forever BiS Necklace for Melee

We consider this pendant the BiS option for the neck slot for melee classes at level 30. Hybrid classes like Ret Paladins and Enhancement Shamans benefit the most from it. They need both the damage from Attack Power and the mana from Intellect. The +10% experience bonus from undead will come in handy as they level up. We recommend ordering attempts at level 30, when your character can both equip the pendant and receive their own Dalaran Sewer Key.
