The main reason to order a boost is to save time farming BoP loot from bosses. Repeated runs for such loot yield very little experience for your character due to Blizzard’s decision to reduce XP from dungeon mobs. Our boosters repeat these runs on your character until the desired drop occurs. You won’t have to clear the same dungeon over and over again just for a single item.
WoW Forever Items
WoW Forever Items is BoE and BoP gear for levels up to 60. Your character receives this gear from world mobs, dungeon bosses, and through crafting professions. Each WoW Forever boost for this gear provides you with one specific item. Our boosters obtain it for you by farming in the open world, running dungeons on your character, or placing a bid with Madam Swyndle.
WoW Forever Items FAQ
Are Dungeon Boss Items Rare in WoW Forever?
Blizzard has made unique items from dungeon bosses blue, which means they are of the “rare” quality. Each such item shares a single boss’s loot table with other drops. That’s why the desired drop does not come from every kill. Our boosters will repeat the run on your character until the drop occurs, so you don’t have to gather a group.
Can BoE Items Be Mailed in WoW Forever?
You can mail a BoE item as long as no one has equipped it yet. The BoE binding takes effect the moment any character equips it. A Forever region maintains a single shared world for each ruleset, from Normal to Hardcore. That's why our boosters transfer BoE loot via mail or trade to a character of your faction in your world.
Does a Dungeon Boost Give Experience?
This type of boost yields very little experience for your character in the dungeon. A party with a level 60 booster does not receive XP from mobs far below the booster’s level. We recommend leveling your character through quests, as Blizzard has built the leveling experience around over 1,000 new quests. Blizzard estimates the average time to reach level 20 at 20.5 hours.
Where Is the Black Market in Forever?
The Forever Black Market operates in the goblin-run Powderfuse Port on the eastern shore of the new Riverglades zone. Players and our boosters travel there by ship from Tanaris. Madam Swyndle accepts bids for Dungeon Set 1 gear from 100 g. The player with the highest bid receives the lot at the end of the auction.
Buy WoW Forever Items by Source
We divide our catalog into four types based on source. The source determines the loot’s binding type (BoE or BoP). It also dictates how our boosters will obtain the loot for you (whether through world farming, crafting, or bidding). This allows you to see your character’s role in the order even before you make a purchase. Every boost in this category falls under one of the following types:
- World Drops - BoE epics from random mobs in the open world, such as Skullflame Shield. ChaosBoost boosters farm this drop and send it to you via mail.
- Dungeon Items - BoP loot from dungeon bosses, such as Hand of Justice. The boost for this loot runs on your character until the boss drops the desired item.
- Profession Items - recipes, camping blueprints, and profession crafts. Our booster with the appropriate profession will send you Lionheart Helm and other BoE crafts via mail.
- Black Market Auction House - Madam Swyndle’s lots, which players win by bidding gold. Our booster places the bid on the desired lot for you.
You can buy WoW items from this category one at a time. Each catalog page offers a boost for a single item. You won’t have to pay for extra loot just to get the one drop you need. Loot from the Barrow Deeps, Hyjal Summit, and Onyxia’s Lair raids sits in other sections of the catalog along with T0 and T0.5 class sets (Raids and Gear & Sets). Mounts (even Deathcharger’s Reins) and quest rewards also have their own boost categories: Mounts and Quests.
WoW Forever Loot Sources and Bind Types
The game binds WoW Forever loot to a character upon pickup (BoP) or upon equipping (BoE). The four loot sources in Forever differ in their bind type and whether the owner can transfer the item to another character via mail or trade.
| Source | Bind Type | Transfer to Another Character | Example | Second Example |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| World Drops | BoE | via mail or trade | Flurry Axe | Skullflame Shield |
| Dungeon Items | BoP | not possible | Hand of Justice | Durgen’s Crescent Axe |
| Profession Items | BoE or BoP | for BoE crafts | Lionheart Helm | Truefaith Vestments |
| Black Market Auction House | lot | winning bid | Tabard of Flame | Sprite Darter Egg |
The BoP binding takes effect the moment someone picks up the loot from the boss’s body. The game blocks mail and trading for such items. That’s why WoW Forever boost for BoP loot takes place on your character in a group with our boosters until the desired drop falls from the boss. So you receive the BoP item in your character’s bag without a transfer. The game binds Truefaith Vestments and other BoP crafted items to the character who crafted them.
New Items in World of Warcraft Forever
Blizzard has added hundreds of new drops from dungeon bosses and rare mobs to Forever. The unique loot from these bosses received the blue “rare” quality. Situational trinkets like Worgenbane Talisman give a bonus against a specific type of enemy. Our boosters farm these new items on their own characters or on your character according to their BoE or BoP binding. Your evenings remain free from farming rare mobs and repeat runs.
Professions in Forever have received over 600 new crafting recipes. Dungeon bosses drop some of these recipes as camping blueprints for Tier 2 and Tier 3 objects in the crafter’s camp. A character places such an object near a campfire at a profession skill level of 140 or 300. This gives the crafter a workstation for some of their recipes. Enchanting also crafts a new relic for paladins (Tenets of the Silver Hand).
Itemization Changes From Classic
Blizzard has combined hit and crit into two general stats for melee, ranged, and spellcasting. That’s why a single item with hit boosts both the physical and magical aspects of a hybrid’s rotation. Another change has reduced the weapon skill bonus on gear (Edgemaster’s Handguards now give +1 instead of +7). One more adjustment gives Bonus Healing one-third of its value as spell damage, so healers can level up through quests and in the open world. Blizzard has also buffed Classic world epics and removed the weaker versions from the game.
WoW Classic Items Back in Forever
Many WoW Classic items have returned to Forever under their old names. Some of them have retained their tooltips, which match those from Classic down to the last digit of damage and armor. Old Classic guides work for evaluating this gear without any adjustments. The rest have received new procs, stats, or set bonuses. Six classic items show both versions:
- Flurry Axe - Classic tooltip
- Lionheart Helm - tooltip from Classic
- Bow of Searing Arrows - new proc
- Hide of the Wild - damage bonus
- Savage Gladiator Chain - set piece
- Tier 0 sets - new bonuses
Blizzard has increased the Searing Arrow proc on Bow of Searing Arrows from 18–26 to 23–33 Fire damage. The healer’s Hide of the Wild gives +42 Bonus Healing. The new Bonus Healing rule also gives it +14 spell damage. A healer with this gear deals more damage during quests.
The biggest change went to Savage Gladiator Chain, which has new stats. It is now part of a six-slot set. Class dungeon sets have also received bonuses at each step from two to six pieces. We recommend checking the tooltip in Forever before you order a boost for a classic item, because the old BiS lists for Classic do not account for these changes.
