How It Works

  1. Placing an Order

You choose the main options and extras on the service page. ChaosBoost operators will answer any questions you have about them. Quick checkout opens a form on the same page for region, ruleset, and faction.

  2. Paying for Your Order

The Buy now button opens the payment method selection. Your account receives a personal 10% discount code after registration, which you enter in the promo code field and confirm by clicking Apply. The ChaosBoost balance covers up to 100% of the order price.

  3. Booking

ChaosBoost operators receive your order the moment you pay. They begin the booking process within 5 minutes in most cases. The operator then assembles a team of Rank 1 boosters and coordinates the run start time with you.

  4. Service Execution

The leader invites you to the group at the start of the run. Your character follows the boosters to SM to obtain the Leggings, because the game binds these leggings on pickup. The team will send you the five BoE pieces via mail or trade.

  5. Order Completion

You check the run’s results together with the operator. This way you make sure that every piece is in place. You can then leave a review of the Rank 1 boosters’ work for this run on the ChaosBoost website.

The operator closes the order once your character has all six pieces and any extras from the order. Our team will repeat the run free of charge if it ends without the Leggings.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where Does Chain of the Scarlet Crusade Set Drop?

All six pieces of this set are part of Scarlet Monastery loot in the northeast of Tirisfal Glades. The Leggings dropped from Herod in Scarlet Monastery Armory in Classic. Regular mobs in the SM wings then dropped the remaining five BoE pieces with a low drop rate. Blizzard has limited party sizes in the Forever version of SM to five players instead of ten.

What Level Do You Need for Chain of the Scarlet Crusade Set?

The set pieces require levels 30 through 39. Your character can equip the ilvl 35 Boots first and collect the rest in SM as you level up. The ilvl 44 Leggings set the upper limit of this range. SM itself in the Forever version suits levels 30 through 46.

Is Chain of the Scarlet Crusade Set Worth It in WoW Forever?

We consider this set a worthwhile purchase for characters at levels 30-39. The main value we see in it is the 480-damage shield of the sixth bonus, which saves you when your health is low. Our team will farm the Leggings during the run alongside you. You don’t need to assemble a five-player group just for a single piece.

Can I Play During the Run?

You can watch the fights in SM or participate in them on the leader’s commands. He will send you instructions for these fights on Discord upon your request. AFK mode is available if you checked the AFK option on the service page before payment.

Chain of the Scarlet Crusade Set Bonuses

Two pieces of the set in World of Warcraft Forever give +10 Shadow Resistance. The bonus from the third piece is +30 Attack Power against undead. This allows your character to deal more damage to undead enemies. The fourth piece has a 15% chance to apply the Enraging Light effect for 10 seconds whenever an enemy hits you. This effect adds 20 Holy damage to each of your melee attacks and triples that damage versus undead.

The fifth piece gives your character +1% hit. A full set protects you with a Scarlet Guardian shield that absorbs 480 damage when your health drops to 20% or lower. It lasts 10 seconds and triggers once every 4 minutes. The Classic version of the set gave weaker bonuses: +15 Attack Power against undead and +5 Shadow Resistance. It also added +10 Armor and +1 Defense.

Scarlet Monastery Loot for All Six Pieces

Each of the six pieces drops as loot in SM. Blizzard raised the item level of the Leggings from 43 to 44 in Forever. These leggings are BoP, just like in Classic. Each piece has its own ilvl and bind type:

  • Leggings - ilvl 44, BoP
  • Chestpiece - ilvl 39, BoE
  • Gauntlets - ilvl 38, BoE
  • Belt - ilvl 37, BoE
  • Wristguards - ilvl 36, BoE
  • Boots - ilvl 35, BoE

The drop rate for the Leggings from Herod in the Armory was around 14% in Classic. All five BoE pieces dropped from regular SM mobs back then with an even lower probability. Our team collects the entire set for your character in a single order on ChaosBoost. The Leggings drop during a run that the boosters clear alongside you. You won’t have to count your attempts in SM just for these drop chances.

Scarlet Crusade Mail Against Undead

Two out of the five bonuses work against undead because Blizzard ties item effects in Forever to a specific zone or creature type. Undead are the player’s primary enemies in Tirisfal Glades and the Plaguelands. They also inhabit the Stratholme and Scholomance dungeons. We recommend this set for mail wearers. The sixth bonus’s shield and +1% hit chance help them in fights against any other enemy.
