WoW Forever Hardcore Boost

WoW Forever Hardcore Boost is a character boost under a ruleset that includes permadeath and a level cap of 60. A character in this mode leaves the mode after their first death. Our boosters guide the character through leveling via quests, dungeons, and challenges to earn Legacy points. You won’t have to spend your evenings on this journey at the risk of losing all your progress.

WoW Forever Hardcore FAQ

Can Dead Hardcore Characters Transfer Out?

A dead HC character can transfer to another ruleset, including PvP. Every living character with permadeath is in a closed ecosystem until their death. They cannot transfer to Normal, PvP, or RP. A dead character cannot return to this ecosystem.

Do Legacy Points Carry Over to Hardcore?

Legacy points from other rulesets do not carry over to Hardcore. A Hardcore character spends points from this ruleset on perks. But Legacy points and collections from Hardcore do carry over to Normal, PvP, and other rulesets. That's why the Hardcore boost for Legacy works on the entire account.

Can You Play Both Factions on Hardcore?

Hardcore allows characters from both factions on the same account. They cannot group together or share gold. Each faction in this mode has its own groups and its own economy. That's why the HC boost for Horde does not help your Alliance character on the same account.

How Much Gold Does Riding Cost?

Training costs 100 g for Apprentice Riding and 1,000 g for Journeyman Riding. The trainer teaches these skills at levels 40 and 60. You don’t have to pay for your first mount after training. The vendor sells each subsequent racial mount for 20 g and an epic mount for 200 g.

Do Raids Work With Permadeath?

HC players go on raids with allies from their faction in the same world. The game features three raids that range from the small Barrow Deeps to Onyxia's Lair. Onyxia's Lair requires 40 players and Drakefire Amulet. Hyjal Summit pits a 20-player raid against 13 bosses to earn new tier sets.

Players order HC boosts because of the cost of a single mistake. Dying at level 20 costs around 20.5 hours of questing, since that’s how long it takes on average to level up to that point. There is no official way to reduce these hours in World of Warcraft Forever. Blizzard does not sell WoW Tokens or paid level boosts in this game.

WoW Classic Hardcore Boost Services in Forever

ChaosBoost offers four boost services under the permadeath ruleset:

  • Hardcore Leveling Boost - get your HC character to the desired level, up to 60. The main difference from regular leveling is permanent death.
  • Hardcore Gold - your HC character’s currency for riding and gear. Gold from other game worlds won’t carry over to this one.
  • Hardcore Dungeon Boost - our team clears any classic dungeon or one of the nine new ones with you. A wipe during such a run means losing your character for this mode.
  • Legacy Point Challenges - a boost for 12 HC challenges that don’t exist in other game modes. Your account receives points for them on the other rulesets too.

Our catalog groups every WoW Classic Hardcore boost into a single category. The Gold and Dungeons sections of our store do not duplicate these items. This allows you to view all HC products on a single page.

The reason for this separation is the closed permadeath ecosystem. A standard WoW Forever boost on Normal or PvP does not grant an HC character any gold or progress. The game does not transfer these from those rulesets to this mode.

WoW Forever Hardcore Ruleset Rules

Blizzard designed Hardcore as a closed ecosystem with permadeath. A Hardcore character does not encounter players from other rulesets in the open world. They are also absent from its groups, dungeons, and battlegrounds. Here are seven points of comparison between this mode and the other rulesets:

RuleHardcoreOther Rulesets
Character DeathPermanentResurrection
Changing RulesetsAfter deathVia a new character
GroupsHC players of your factionYour own ruleset
BattlegroundsNo mixingDifferent rulesets
Factions on the AccountBothBoth, one for PvP

There are no realms in WoW Forever. Your HC character shares a single permadeath world with all HC players in the region. That's why every HC boost depends on your faction and the world of your region, whether it’s US (including Oceania) or EU. You don’t need to choose a realm for our boost.

Hardcore Leveling and Dungeons With Permadeath

The permadeath leveling boost relies on open-world quests from level 1 to 60. Blizzard has reduced the experience from dungeon mobs. Even a group with a booster who is many levels higher than the enemies won’t receive any experience. You won’t have to run your character through dungeons just to level up. Leveling and dungeons in this mode follow four rules:

  • permanent death
  • a dead character’s transfer to a different ruleset
  • groups of HC players from your faction
  • any classic or new dungeon

Blizzard has added over 1,000 new quests to the game. Along with them came four new zones, such as Riverglades and Shen'dralas. Our boosters will guide your character to level 60 through quests in both classic Azeroth and the new zones. This allows you to avoid searching for quest givers on the new maps.

The game’s new dungeons cover levels 13-60. Our team runs every dungeon boost alongside you at any of these levels. HC players from your faction play next to you in the group. You don’t need to find such players for the dungeon yourself. But the risk of death is present with every pull in any HC boost.

Hardcore Legacy Challenges in Forever

Hardcore players cannot complete PvP challenges for Legacy points. That's why Hardcore has 12 unique challenges instead. The game counts each of these challenges toward all rulesets on your account. This saves you from having to replay them on Normal or PvP. Completions from other rulesets are not visible here.

An HC boost for these challenges earns your account Legacy points for perks. We recommend starting your WoW Forever boost for Legacy with permadeath challenges, because the points and completions from them work on all other rulesets.
