The duration depends on the order options and the format. Novice, Experienced, and Master class challenges require leveling up the character. It takes an average player about 20.5 hours to reach level 20. The main source of experience is quests, because Blizzard has reduced experience from dungeon mobs and disabled it for groups where a character is many levels higher than the enemies.

What Do You Need for Hardcore Legacy Challenges?

WoW Forever Hardcore Legacy Challenges require a character on this ruleset and a standard WoW subscription. This subscription grants access to World of Warcraft Forever. Legacy Challenges List for Hardcore

WoW Forever Hardcore Legacy Challenges include 12 unique challenges instead of the PvP category. One-life mode prevents you from completing this category. The game carries over the credit from this mode to all other rulesets on your account. You won’t have to earn this credit a second time on Normal, PvP, or RP if your character has already earned it on Hardcore. The same applies to Novice, Experienced, and Master class challenges.

WoW Forever Legacy Points From Hardcore

You can spend Legacy points from Hardcore across other rulesets. But the game does not carry over credits from Normal, PvP, and RP to Hardcore (even for characters on the same Battle.net account). That's why we recommend starting with an HC character. The game divides the 65 challenges from the other rulesets into six categories:

Permadeath gives your character one life for the entire journey to level 60. There is no flying or level scaling in Forever.
