Fishing Rack and Uncommon Fish in Camp

The angler’s second camp structure lets you catch uncommon fish for 1 hour. You craft this object at skill level 140 and place it near a campfire. It also has all the bonuses of the Fish Bowl. That's why the rack can replace the bowl by the fire at your group’s campsite with no loss of the +8% stat buff for each player. The angler’s next structure (Fishing Hut) unlocks rare catches at skill level 300.

The rack’s loot contains the Aquadynamic Fish Lens and Bright Baubles lures. Aquadynamic Fish Lens increases your skill by +50 for 10 minutes. Bright Baubles provide a higher bonus (+75) for the same duration. Anglers purchase this lure from tackle vendors. That's why the rack's loot saves you gold at all your group's campfire stops while you level your skill from 140 to 300.

Where to Get Fishing Rack Blueprint

The blueprint drops from Gelihast in BFD (a dungeon for levels 24–32 in Ashenvale). This level 26 elite murloc stands in the middle of the instance. A group can skip him on the way to Aku’mai at the end of the dungeon, because Gelihast is an optional boss. The blueprint in his loot is a rare drop.
