Barrow Deeps Bosses You Need to Kill
WoW Forever Conqueror of the Deeps is a challenge for a full clear of the entire raid. The conditions of this challenge name all eight bosses. Your character kills these bosses alongside our group of Rank 1 boosters:
- Chillhowl
- Elder Tangleclaw
- Khalith the Dreadspinner
- Well of Sorrow
- Amethrax
- Del'lynar Songwood
- Ravus and Darlissa
- Sonya Darkhallow
Our team clears all eight Barrow Deeps encounters in a single run. You won't have to assemble a group of 10 level-60 players via LFG and keep it together until the final kill. We consider the pilot run the best option for players who don't have a free evening available for such a run.
Legacy Points and Raid Legacy Challenges
Legacy points accumulate across your entire account. This allows each of your characters to spend shared points in the three Legacy trees (Professions, Adventure, and Resourcefulness). Conqueror of the Deeps challenge grants one such point. Clearing the same raid again on an alt does not give a second point, because the game counts each challenge once per account. Reaching the 55-point threshold unlocks the Reins of the Spectral Bear mount.
The raid portion of the Legacy system in World of Warcraft Forever consists of three challenges. A single kill of Onyxia in a 40-player raid grants Conqueror of the Lair. Conqueror of the Wilds requires defeating 13 bosses in Hyjal Summit with a 20-player group. We recommend starting with WoW Forever Conqueror of the Deeps because the smallest group of the three raids is enough for its eight bosses. This approach gives you a raid point without needing to gather a group of 20 or 40 players.
Barrow Deeps Raid Access Without Attunement
Blizzard allows any level 60 character to enter Barrow Deeps without attunement. Onyxia's Lair requires each raid participant to have the Drakefire Amulet from a quest chain. You won't have to complete that quest chain just to enter Barrow Deeps. A group of 10 players can enter the raid through any of the three entrances at Mount Hyjal, Winterspring, and the Blackmaw Hold dungeon. The raid itself takes place in a prison beneath Kalimdor, where Illidan Stormrage spent 10,000 years.
