Who Can Use Foror's Compendium of Dragon Slaying?

Warriors and paladins start the quest from this book. The tooltip restricts the item to the Warrior and Paladin classes. Other characters do not receive the quest from it. The quest chain leads to an epic tank sword, which warriors and paladins equip in the Main Hand slot.
