Ironfoe Proc and Stats in WoW Forever
The Chance on hit proc gives the mace from BRD two extra attacks on the next swing. Players endure the longest farm in the game for this proc. The Bind on Pickup status binds the item to the character the moment you pick it up. You cannot sell this item on the auction house or transfer it to another player. That's why all attempts take place on your own character via self-play or pilot mode.
The mace’s tooltip in Classic displays four parameters:
- Quality - Epic.
- Slot - Main Hand.
- Speed - 2.40.
- Status - Unique.
Blizzard has combined hit and crit into a single stat. They have also nerfed weapon skill items.
Ironfoe Drop Rate in Blackrock Depths
The drop rate for the mace in Classic has remained around 0.3-0.5% per kill of the dungeon’s final boss, according to player statistics from years of farming. Emperor Dagran Thaurissan is the final boss in the list of 25 bosses and two rare mobs in BRD. The same boss also drops Hand of Justice. That's why every attempt to obtain the mace offers a chance to get this melee trinket as well.
We’ve divided the service into attempt packages and an “until drop” option because of this chance. Our advice is to start with a package of ten attempts and add more runs based on the results of the first package. The “until drop” option suits players who aim to buy Ironfoe in a single order. This farm can take hundreds of runs at a Classic-level drop chance. You won’t have to place a new order after every package that doesn’t result in a drop.
Best Classes for Ironfoe
We believe this weapon is most beneficial for Warriors and Rogues. Two extra attacks after a proc allow melee classes to land more hits in the same amount of time. The weapon’s attack speed remains unchanged. Paladins and Shamans choose the mace for the same attacks to trigger their weapon procs.
