How Lord Valthalak Laid to Rest Boost Works

  1. Placing an Order

You choose the region, rule set, and faction on the service page. There you also select either a group with our team or pilot mode, in which our booster completes the chain on your character.
  2. Payment

The Buy now button opens a list of payment methods. One of these is your ChaosBoost account balance, which can cover up to 100% of the order price. Entering a personal code in the promo code field reduces the total by 10%.
  3. Booking

Operators receive your order as soon as you pay. You can add any special requests to it. Our operators in most cases begin the booking process within 5 minutes, assemble a team for the chain's dungeons, and coordinate the start time with you.
  4. Service Execution

The team leader sends you an invitation to join the group. Our Rank 1 boosters guide your character through the chain dungeons until the final summon of Valthalak. You can watch the fights or participate in them.
  5. Order Completion

You review the run results with the operator. The achievement in the Adventure category and the Tier 0.5 pieces on your character confirm completion of the chain up to Saving the Best for Last.

The operator closes the order once your character has completed the final quest in the chain and received all rewards and extras. Our team will repeat the run for free if any boss or reward from the order is missing.

FAQ

What Are the Requirements for Lord Valthalak Laid to Rest?

Your character must be level 60 for this chain. You can accept the first quest at level 58. Your character must also bring all eight pieces of their class's Dungeon Set 1, as the chain's quests collect them along the way. An Earnest Proposition charges an additional 20 g for the exchange of the bracers.

How Long Does Lord Valthalak Laid to Rest Take?

The duration depends on your progress in the quest chain before the order. Its route includes Stratholme, Dire Maul, and the Blackrock Mountain dungeons (and Scholomance for some classes). Our team clears these dungeons at a time convenient for you. You won't have to adjust to a random group's schedule.

Do I Need to Pick a Realm?

You do not need to choose a realm for this order. World of Warcraft Forever divides regions into shared worlds by rule set. Characters do not transfer between these worlds or between factions. That's why you specify the US region (including Oceania) or the EU region, a rule set such as Normal or Hardcore, and your faction when you place your order.

Can I Play Alongside the Team?

You can complete the questline with your character as part of a group with our team. The leader will guide you through the questline dungeons and give instructions during fights against the spirits from the Bodley quests and against Valthalak. He'll send guidance via Discord upon your request. Pilot mode suits players who don't have enough free evenings to tackle these dungeons.

Tier 0.5 Questline Steps

Dungeon Set 2 questline begins with An Earnest Proposition. Its quests upgrade your character's Tier 0 gear to Tier 0.5 items until the finale in Saving the Best for Last. Our team clears the questline in the following order:

  1. Bracers from Deliana or Mokvar
  2. Belt and gloves via Mux Manascrambler
  3. Anthion Harmon's quests
  4. Bodley and the spirits for the amulet halves
  5. Summoning and defeating Valthalak
  6. Helm and chest piece at the end of the questline

Mux Manascrambler gives you the Extra-Dimensional Ghost Revealer. You'll need this device to see Anthion Harmon's spirit at the entrance to Stratholme. His quests send you to Baron Rivendare in Stratholme, to Falrin Treeshaper in Dire Maul, and to the Ring of the Law in Blackrock Depths. Anthion's Parting Words completes this stage and replaces your Tier 0 boots, legs, and shoulders.

The stage with Bodley depends on your character's class. Your class determines which two of the four spirits you summon to obtain the amulet halves before the encounter with Valthalak. Our team fights these spirits alongside your character. That's why you don't need to worry about the class-specific variations of Bodley's quests.

Where to Kill Lord Valthalak in UBRS

Players summon Valthalak in The Beast's chamber in Upper Blackrock Spire. The Raid-type quest Mea Culpa, Lord Valthalak gives the Brazier of Beckoning for this summon. Bodley assigns this quest after Final Preparations, which requires 40 Blackrock Bracers and a Flask of Supreme Power. Our team kills Valthalak either in a group with your level 60 character or in pilot mode, where our Rank 1 booster plays for you. You won't have to look for players for this summon.

Dungeon Set 2 and the Legacy Point

Completing this quest chain grants one Legacy point for your entire account. You spend these points on Legacy perks. The quest chain is on the list of Legacy challenges alongside defeating Onyxia and the final bosses of all dungeons from level 15 to 60. You don't need to repeat it on other characters just to earn this point.

Your character turns in all eight pieces of their class's Dungeon Set 1 as they complete the chain. They receive a Tier 0.5 set, such as the Warrior's Battlegear of Heroism, the Priest's Vestments of the Virtuous, or the Druid's Feralheart Raiment. ChaosBoost sells the sets themselves as separate products in the Gear section. Return to Bodley also gives the Brazier of Invocation. We recommend keeping this item in your bags, as it allows you to summon the chain's spirits again after you complete the chain.
