How Master of Arathi Basin Boosting Works

  1. Placing an Order

You select the region, ruleset, and faction on the product page. There you also choose between pilot and self-play in our premade and add the service to your cart. Quick checkout opens a form for order details.
  2. Payment

The Buy now button opens the payment method selection. You can cover up to 100% of the price with your ChaosBoost account balance. Registration gets you a personal 10% discount code, which you enter in the promo code field before you click Apply.
  3. Booking

Operators begin the booking process within 5 minutes in most cases. They select a premade team from boosters in your bracket and coordinate the start time with you.
  4. Service Execution

The leader of our premade team sends you an invitation to the group. Self-play allows you to play according to the leader's commands on Discord. Our booster controls your character if you selected pilot mode in your order.
  5. Order Completion

The operator verifies your character's Exalted status with you. WoW counts this Exalted toward the Legacy Challenge on your account and awards one Legacy point. You can then leave a review on the ChaosBoost website.

The operator closes the order after you reach Exalted and receive all extras. Our premade team will continue AB battles for free if you don't have enough reputation to reach Exalted or if you're missing any extras.

FAQ

How Many Legacy Points Does Master of Arathi Basin Give?

This challenge grants one Legacy point. Your entire account shares progress toward this challenge. You won't have to farm battleground reputation to Exalted on every one of your characters. That point goes toward perks in the Legacy tree.

What Are the Requirements for Master of Arathi Basin?

The challenge requires Exalted with one of the two factions in this battleground. Both sides receive the same Legacy point. You'll also need a standard WoW subscription, since it includes World of Warcraft Forever without a separate purchase.

How Long Does Master of Arathi Basin Take?

The time it takes depends on your character's starting reputation. Our premade group earns it in AB battles and 200-rep quests. We recommend taking the Legacy Diplomat perk in advance, as it speeds up reputation gain by up to 10%. This allows you to reach Exalted in fewer battles.

Do I Need Level 60?

You won't have to wait until you hit the level cap for this challenge. Arathi Basin is open to players from level 20. Our premade group will queue with you in any of the five brackets. The 200-rep quests are also available in versions for different levels.

League of Arathor and The Defilers Reputation

League of Arathor is the Alliance faction in Arathi Basin. The Horde needs The Defilers reputation on the same 15v15 battleground. Each faction's path from Neutral to Exalted takes 42,000 reputation points and leads you through Friendly, Honored, and Revered. A character from level 20 can earn this reputation from five sources:

  • Battles in AB - each battle grants reputation with your faction.
  • The Battle for Arathi Basin! - this quest asks you to attack four bases for 200 reputation.
  • Arathi Basin Resources! and Cut Arathor Supply Lines - the Alliance and Horde each receive 200 reputation for these. Both require a victory in AB and a resource crate from the battle.
  • Control Four Bases and Take Four Bases - Blizzard unlocks these 200-rep quests at level 60.
  • AB Mark Quests - Brigadier General and Warbringer exchange these marks for reputation outside of battlegrounds.

Our team completes this path in pilot or self-play mode. You won't have to find 15 players for each match. The game matches premade groups against other premade groups in battles. Exalted at the end of the path unlocks epic faction rewards and grants a Legacy point to the entire account.

Arathi Basin Rep Rewards

Samuel Hawke for the Alliance and Rutherford Twing for the Horde sell AB rewards in the Arathi Highlands. A belt, boots, and shoulders of the same armor type from these NPCs form a three-piece set, which your character collects from Honored to Exalted. Each reputation standing unlocks its own rewards from them:

  • Friendly - Talisman of Arathor (Alliance) and Defiler's Talisman (Horde) absorb physical damage.
  • Honored - Highlander's and Defiler's belts become available to you.
  • Revered - this standing adds boots from the same series.
  • Exalted - epic ilvl 65 shoulders complete the set from level 60. This standing also unlocks Ironbark Staff and the faction Battle Tabard.

The cloak and dagger rewards for Exalted differ between the factions. Alliance players receive Cloak of the Honor Guard and the Sageclaw dagger. Horde players get Deathguard's Cloak and Mindfang. Neither faction receives a mount among these rewards. We consider the Legacy Challenge itself to be the main reward for reaching Exalted, because your entire account gets one Legacy point from it.

Arathi Basin Mark of Honor for PvP Gear

AB marks serve as currency for some PvP gear. You receive three of these marks for each win by our premade team and one for a defeat. This allows you to accumulate marks during the boost without separate farming. But the game binds them to the character (BoP) and limits your stock to 30 marks. Reputation quests take some of these marks from you:

  • Claiming Arathi Basin and Conquering Arathi Basin - each takes three AB marks.
  • Concerted Efforts and For Great Honor - you give up three AV, three AB, and three WSG marks for them.
  • Arathi Basin Resources! and Cut Arathor Supply Lines - you need a mark from a win in AB for these.

Blizzard has increased Honor for battles in Warsong Gulch, AB, and Darkspear Islands and decreased it in Alterac Valley. That's why every AB match earns you Honor and Rank Points toward your PvP ranks.
