Who Can Use Ring of Power Regulation?

Any character of any class at level 28 or higher can equip the ring. It gives healers like Priests and Druids a bonus to healing and mana regeneration. Mages and Warlocks receive a damage bonus on every Frostbolt or Shadow Bolt.

Where Does Ring of Power Regulation Drop?

The ring drops from the final boss of Excavation Site. Blizzard designed this five-player dungeon in Forever. The entrance is in the Wetlands, on a hill above Whelgar’s Excavation near the Thelgen Rock cave. There are no other sources for this item.

Is Ring of Power Regulation Worth It in WoW Forever?

The ring is worth the effort for a healer or caster at levels 28–33. There are few rings available at these levels. We consider this blue item one of the main upgrades for such a character up to level 33. Warriors and Rogues do not receive any benefits from its stats.

What Do I Do During a Run?

You can watch the fights or participate in them on the leader’s commands. Your character remains in the group throughout the entire run. The leader will send instructions via Discord upon your request. Loot from the final boss goes into your bags when it drops.

Can I Buy Ring of Power Regulation Outright?

You cannot purchase a ready-made ring at the auction house or from another player. The game binds this item to your character on pickup (BoP). That's why our team will run Excavation Site with you as many times as the number of attempts you’ve purchased. Each attempt gives you a new chance for a drop.

Does a Run Count for Novice Spelunker?

Ring of Power Regulation for Healers

The ring gives up to +6 to spell damage and healing. The game applies this bonus to every heal and every spell cast. The second bonus restores 3 mana every 5 seconds. This allows healers to sustain longer boss encounters and elite mob fights in level 28–33 dungeons.

The item has an ilvl of 33 and requires level 28. The Unique-Equipped tag allows you to wear one copy of it alongside any other ring in the second Finger slot. There are few rings available for level 28–33 characters in World of Warcraft Forever. That's why this item covers a slot that is difficult to fill with anything else at these levels.

Relic Guardian and Excavation Site Loot

Relic Guardian is the final boss of Excavation Site. Blizzard designed the dungeon itself for levels 24–29. But this titan guardian is level 31. The guardian remains inactive until a party member activates the Archival Panel (the titan panel to the right of him). The ring shares this boss’s loot with three other items:

Blizzard created all this loot for Forever. The gun with +6 Agility from this boss will be useful for Hunters and Rogues. The mail mantle with a Stamina bonus benefits tanks. The same fight can yield the Rock Garden blueprint for a miner with a Mining skill of 140. Rock Garden itself in the camp spawns a regular ore vein next to the campfire.

Healer Ring for Leveling Casters

Healers and casters need this ring while they level between levels 28 and 33. Blizzard has reduced the experience from mobs in Forever dungeons. That's why characters gain these levels through open-world quests. The bonus to mana regeneration reduces the rest breaks between fights there.
