Tier 2 Blueprints by Profession
WoW Forever camping system gives each profession three campfire objects. A profession unlocks the first object at skill level 20 from a trainer or by completing the Camping 101 quest in the starting zone. The second tier requires a blueprint from loot or another player. This allows you to acquire the recipe without having to run dungeons yourself. Four such blueprints cover the four professions.
| Object | Profession | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Anvil | Blacksmithing | Gilnid (The Deadmines) |
| Repair Bot | Engineering | Sneed (The Deadmines) |
| Field Guide | Skinning | Lady Anacondra (Wailing Caverns) |
| Toxin Study | First Aid | Commander Springvale (Shadowfang Keep) |
The Deadmines in Westfall gives two of the four blueprints. Players complete this dungeon at levels 17–26. The other recipes (Field Guide and Toxin Study) drop in dungeons in The Barrens and Silverpine Forest for levels 17–24 and 22–30. All four recipes are very rare drops.
What Skill 140 Camp Objects Do
A skill 140 object replaces the skill 20 object for your profession. All WoW Forever camping objects share a 1-hour cooldown per player. This cooldown applies to any profession and any campfire. Each second-tier object requires a campfire nearby. The four skill 140 objects provide different functions:
- Anvil - places an anvil near a campfire. Blacksmiths can craft from their plans away from town.
- Repair Bot - repairs gear and sells reagents.
- Field Guide - this book grants Track Beasts to every player who reads it.
- Toxin Study - an object with healing potions and Anti-Venom.
The new object retains all the bonuses of the skill 20 object. Field Guide gains a +2% critical strike chance from Camp Chair for spells and attacks. This bonus does not stack with Moonkin Aura. We consider Repair Bot to be the most useful of the four objects for a group because it repairs gear for you and nearby players. The group won’t have to rush back to town for repairs.
