How Long Does Timbermaw Hold Exalted Take?

The time to reach Exalted depends on your character’s starting rank. Faction ranks increase in points from Neutral to Revered. But the Diplomat perk from the Legacy system gives your character +2% reputation gain per level, up to a total of +10%. We recommend investing your points in this perk before placing your order if you’re farming multiple factions.

How Do You Farm Timbermaw Hold Reputation?

Our team farms WoW Forever Timbermaw Hold reputation on the Deadwood furbolgs in Felwood and the Winterfall furbolgs in Winterspring. These mobs drop Deadwood Headdress Feather and Winterfall Spirit Beads with a drop rate of up to 35%. Your character turns in the feathers and beads to faction NPCs in bundles of five. Each batch grants your character reputation in addition to the reputation points from kills.

What Does My Character Need?

You need an Alliance or Horde character of level 48 or higher. The US region (with Oceania) and the EU region each have one shared world for every rule set from Normal to Hardcore. Characters cannot transfer between these worlds or factions. That's why you must specify the region, rule set, and faction in your order.

Why Do Furbolgs Attack in the Tunnel?

Furbolgs in the faction tunnels attack characters with a Hostile or Hated rank. The overland route from Felwood to Winterspring and Moonglade passes through these tunnels. You also cannot bypass the tunnels by air, because there are no flying mounts in Forever. Characters with a rank of Unfriendly or higher can pass through them without a fight to reach Everlook in Winterspring and Nighthaven in Moonglade.

Timbermaw Hold Rep Rewards and Recipes

Quartermaster Meilosh sells faction recipes in the center of the furbolg tunnels. Each rank from Friendly to Revered unlocks new Timbermaw Hold rep rewards from him, which your character can purchase with gold. This allows you to buy your first recipes long before reaching Exalted. The benefits of these rewards depend on the player’s profession and class:

  • Enchanting - The formulas Formula: Enchant 2H Weapon - Agility at Friendly and Formula: Enchant Weapon - Agility at Honored teach enchanters to apply +25 and +15 Agility to melee weapons. Rogues, Hunters, and feral Druids put these enchants on blades and staves.
  • Alchemy - Alchemists with a skill level of 275 unlock Recipe: Transmute Earth to Water at Friendly. This transmutation converts Essence of Earth into Essence of Water for sale to crafters.
  • Leatherworking - Leatherworkers can purchase Pattern: Might of the Timbermaw at Honored for a belt with Strength and Agility. The pattern for gloves requires Revered status.
  • Tailoring - Pattern: Mantle of the Timbermaw at Revered teaches the tailor to craft shoulders for casters with Intellect, critical strike, and spell power. The tailor gets the second pattern for a cloth belt earlier, at Honored.
  • Defender of the Timbermaw - Exalted unlocks the quest The Root of All Evil for this epic trinket.

This 62 ilvl trinket requires level 45. Its “Use” effect with a 5-minute cooldown summons a furbolg ancestor for 20 seconds. The ancestor fights alongside the character and heals them. That's why we consider this trinket useful for solo players of any class when farming mobs. Blizzard has included this trinket in the two-piece “Teachings of the Furbolgs” set.

WoW Classic Timbermaw Rep in Forever

WoW Forever Timbermaw Hold reputation retains the rank scale from Classic. Neutral and Friendly take 3,000 and 6,000 points. The main part of the work falls on Honored (12,000 points) and Revered (21,000 points) at the Deadwood and Winterfall camps before reaching the final rank, Exalted. Our team farms these two ranks alongside your character. You won’t have to spend your evenings on them.

World of Warcraft Forever adds the Blackmaw Hold dungeon for levels 55-60. Its entrance lies in northern Azshara, beyond the furbolg gates. These gates bore the name Timbermaw Hold in Classic and led nowhere. Demons and furbolgs under the influence of corruption inhabit this dungeon.
