What Does Warlock Voidwalker Quest Reward?

The mentor teaches your warlock the Summon Voidwalker spell after the final quest. Each step of the chain also grants your character experience. You receive this experience for the trip to the mentor, the item you loot, and the fight in the summoning circle. The game does not award items or gold for this chain.

Where Does Warlock Voidwalker Quest Start?

The chain begins at level 10 with a summons to the mentor in the capital city. Alliance players find their mentor Gakin the Darkbinder beneath The Slaughtered Lamb tavern in Stormwind. Horde players receive the chain from Gan'rul Bloodeye in the Cleft of Shadow in Orgrimmar or from Carendin Halgar in the Magic Quarter of Undercity.

What Level Does My Character Need?

The entire chain requires your character to be level 10. Alliance and Undercity quest lines are level 10. But the last two quests in the Orgrimmar quest line (from Creature of the Void to the fight with the demon) are level 11, with the same level requirement. That's why your character doesn't need to level up further just for this chain.

Does Voidwalker Scale With My Stats?

Blizzard has tied the power of demon pets to their master's stats in Forever. That's why your tank demon grows stronger along with your character's gear all the way from level 10 to 60. The Fel Vitality talent also adds up to 15% additional health and mana to the demon.

The Binding Voidwalker Quest at Level 10

The Voidwalker is a level 10 demon and the warlock's second pet after the Imp. Your character receives this demon through the quest The Binding. The mentor of your faction gives this quest (Gakin the Darkbinder in Stormwind, Gan'rul Bloodeye in Orgrimmar, or Carendin Halgar in Undercity). Two short steps before the end of the quest chain will grant you the summoning item.

Blizzard has left all three quests unchanged in World of Warcraft Forever. That's why the steps in the chain match those of WoW Classic warlock quests. This allows Classic veterans to recognize the path from the very first summons.

The final step of the chain sends your character with the item from the mentor to the summoning circle in the capital city. There your warlock summons a demon and kills it in a fight. Your character then returns to the mentor to receive the Summon Voidwalker spell. Casting this spell takes 10 seconds. Each summon costs one Soul Shard.

Level 10 Warlock Demon for Both Factions

The Voidwalker chain is available to five warlock races across both factions. Blizzard introduced the Warlock class to Trolls in Forever as a new race-class combination that wasn't available in Classic. They receive their quest chain from Gan'rul Bloodeye in Orgrimmar. You won't have to change your faction or race for this chain.

The Voidwalker serves as your warlock's tank for solo leveling. This demon takes enemy attacks instead of its master. Blizzard has reduced the experience for dungeon kills in Forever. That's why a character's path to level 60 goes through open-world quests, where the demon engages enemies first. We recommend ordering the tank demon along with your leveling service.

Blizzard has made Demonic Sacrifice an 11-point talent in the Demonology tree in Forever. The Voidwalker sacrifice through this talent restores 2% of the master's total mana pool every 4 seconds, both in and out of combat. This effect lasts 2 hours instead of 30 minutes in Classic. The Classic version of this sacrifice restored health to the master. This allows your character to cast spells longer without a break to rest.

Our booster will clear short warlock class quests for a tank demon in pilot mode on your character. You won't have to get Surena's Choker at Brackwell Pumpkin Patch or Tablet of Verga at the Burning Blade lair in Skull Rock.
