Worgenbane Talisman Use Effect

The talisman’s Use effect takes one worgen out of the fight for 4 seconds. This ability has a 5-minute cooldown. The Equip effect adds 2 mana to the character every 5 seconds in any zone without pressing a button. This allows a caster or healer to spend less time resting between fights both during leveling and at the maximum level. The Unique-Equipped tag prevents you from equipping a second identical item.

Blizzard showcased this talisman at BlizzCon as an example of a new situational item. Situational effects in Forever depend on the zone or the type of creatures. This talisman falls into the latter category and stuns worgen. The Darkspear Voodoo Seal from the same line gives more mana regeneration in forests and steppes. That's why players choose their gear based on the zone or enemy.

Shadowfang Keep Loot From Commander Springvale

Blizzard has reworked all Shadowfang Keep loot for Forever. Springvale received a talisman against worgen in this rework as a new item that wasn’t present in Classic. His loot now includes three pieces of gear:

Shadowfang Keep features ten bosses, among them the rare Deathsworn Captain. Killing Archmage Arugal at the end of the dungeon advances the Novice Spelunker Legacy challenge. This challenge grants your account one Legacy point. Players can transform the Black Tome from Arugal’s room into the Tome of Dalaran. This book allows your group to summon the secret boss Lyn the Ignored in the City of Dalaran.

Where a Worgen Stun Trinket Helps

This stun works against Arugal’s worgen both in the halls of Shadowfang Keep and in the rest of Silverpine Forest around the keep. The Use effect does not work on other types of creatures. We consider this talisman more of a Forever novelty than a BiS item. Our team farms Springvale for it alongside your character. You won’t have to assemble a five-player group just for this one boss.
