To sell in D4, visit a vendor in any town and open the sell window. Put the things you want to sell into the tab to get gold. Be careful when selling rare gear as some items can be destroyed.

Farming means targeting specific areas, dungeons or bosses with high drop rates. Using Magic Find or participating in events can also increase your chances of getting rare gear. Farming with a group or hiring a boosting service can make it faster and more efficient. Farming in known high end loot spots will save you a lot of time. This way you can power and progress through the content faster.
