How WoW Forever First Aid Service Works

  1. Placing an Order

You select the range and material option (ours or yours) on the service page. Quick checkout opens a form on the same page and asks for your region, rule set, and faction. Operators will help you choose the range if you're unsure.
  2. Payment

The Buy now button opens the payment method selection. Your ChaosBoost account balance covers up to 100% of the boost price. Registration gives you a personal code for a 10% discount to enter in the promo code field and click Apply.
  3. Booking

Your order reaches ChaosBoost operators upon payment. The operator will begin booking your skill-up within 5 minutes in most cases. They will coordinate the team's start time with you before the work starts.
  4. Service Execution

The team begins the skill-up on your character at the scheduled start time. Our booster crafts bandages and healing potions from the materials in the order. He completes the Triage quest for the Artisan rank at skill level 225 with your faction's doctor in Theramore or Hammerfall.
  5. Order Completion

You check your character's profession window and bags together with the operator. This allows you to verify the new skill level before the operator closes the order. You can then leave a review of the boost on the ChaosBoost website after the skill-up is complete.

The operator closes the order when your character's skill reaches your target level and all extras are in your bags. Our team will make up for any missing points or extras free of charge.

FAQ

How Long Does First Aid 1-300 Take?

The duration of WoW Forever First Aid 1-300 boost depends on the materials and the range. Our materials option saves you from having to farm Silk Cloth, Mageweave Cloth, and Runecloth from humanoids of various levels. Skill ranges above 150 also require a book and a quest from NPCs on two continents. You'll coordinate the start time with the operator when you book.

Can I Use My Own Materials?

You can select the option to use your own materials on the service page. It requires cloth from Linen Cloth to Runecloth for bandages. Healing potions will also require Peacebloom, Briarthorn, and Bruiseweed herbs, as well as a vial and either Mild Spices or Hot Spices from vendors. We recommend our option if your character does not have a stock of Mageweave Cloth and Runecloth.

Where Do You Learn First Aid Recipes?

Your character receives these recipes from trainers and manuals. Trainers in capital cities, starting zones, and on Zephras Isle teach bandages, Anti-Venom, and basic healing potions up to skill level 150. Greater, Superior, and Major Healing Potion come from manuals. World of Warcraft Forever players sell profession manuals on the auction house.

Does First Aid Give Legacy Points?

First Aid does not grant Legacy points for skill milestones. The profession benefits from the Legacy system through the Field Medicine perk. This perk reduces the duration of the Recently Bandaged effect by 5 or 10 seconds in the open world outside of dungeons, raids, and battlegrounds. The basic Recently Bandaged effect blocks the next bandage for 1 minute.

WoW Classic First Aid Changes in Forever

WoW Forever First Aid has taken over the healing potion line from Alchemy. This secondary profession now brews everything from Minor Healing Potion to Major Healing Potion. Instant healing potions from this line work in combat. This allows any character to obtain them without a primary profession slot. Three additional recipes remove poisons, diseases, and bleeds:

  • Anti-Venom - an antidote for poisons up to level 25. The recipe at skill level 80 makes three Anti-Venoms from a Small Venom Sac.
  • Simple Poultice - removes diseases up to level 25 out of combat. The trainer teaches this poultice at skill level 90.
  • Woolen Tourniquet - a tourniquet for bleeds during breaks between fights. Crafting requires a skill level of 120 and Wool Cloth.

Classic bandages from Linen Bandage to Heavy Runecloth Bandage are also part of this profession. That's why skill-up to 300 consumes both cloth for bandages and herbs for potions. Our team provides all the cloth along with Peacebloom, Briarthorn, and Bruiseweed in the materials option. This saves you from having to gather herbs or search for them on the auction house.

First Aid Leveling Past 150

The book Expert First Aid - Under Wraps raises the profession cap from 150 to 225. Deneb Walker (Alliance) sells it in Arathi Highlands. Balai Lok'Wein (Horde) sells the same book in Dustwallow Marsh. Both vendors also have two additional manuals (Heavy Silk Bandage and Mageweave Bandage).

The next milestone at 225 requires the Triage quest and level 35. We recommend ordering the final stretch to 300 after you reach level 35. Our team will complete both stages on your character along with the travel between Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor. You won't have to cross the sea just for the book and the quest.

First Aid Kit and Toxin Study Blueprint

Your character learns First Aid Kit from a trainer at skill level 20. This camping item gives up to +56 Stamina to you and other players at the Campfire. The bonus does not stack with Power Word: Fortitude. A group without a priest still gains Stamina at the campfire.

Next is Toxin Study at skill level 140, which provides the same Stamina buff. It also contains healing potions and Anti-Venom for the camp. Blueprint: Toxin Study drops from Commander Springvale in Shadowfang Keep. We place Toxin Study from skill level 210 because crafting it requires Mageweave Bandage.
