Yes. You don’t need to be a Tailor to wear them. Tailoring is only required to craft the boots, so you’ll need either a free profession slot or Tailoring leveled to 375.

Because they're not there. BoP means no Auction House listing, period. Your only options are crafting them yourself (if you're a tailor with the pattern) or a service like ours.
