Key Rewards & Results
- Claw of the Phoenix (ilvl 134 Off-Hand Fist Weapon) - 101-189 damage, speed 1.50, +21 Agility, +30 Stamina, +40 Attack Power
- Best-in-Slot off-hand for Combat Rogues - 1.50 speed maxes out Combat Potency procs and poison application rate
- Pairs with Talon of the Phoenix - the main hand also drops from Al'ar, and together they form one of the best-looking fist weapon combos in TBC, with animated talons that actually move
- Strong off-hand for Fury Warriors - 96.67 DPS and raw stats make it competitive even without fist spec
- Tier 5 raid loot from Al'ar - drop chance depends on the boss loot table, so this item is not guaranteed on every kill
This isn't some marginal Recount bump. For a Combat Rogue, the gap between a blue off-hand from heroics and Claw of the Phoenix changes how your rotation feels at a core level. Energy regen through Combat Potency at 1.50 speed turns you from a gamer stuck in permanent energy starve into a Sinister Strike machine that actually flows.
Requirements
- Level 70
- Access to Tempest Keep: The Eye (attunement via quest chain, account-wide in Anniversary Edition)
How This Service Works
-
Purchase and booster assignment
After you order, we match you with a player from our TK crew who has either a fresh lockout or one without Al'ar down this week
-
Schedule sync
Everything ties to the Anniversary Edition weekly reset, and your carry kicks off in an agreed window
-
Al'ar kill with the raid
Our booster runs The Eye up through Al'ar with a team that has Phase 1 platform rotation on autopilot - every tank knows which pillar to hit every 30 seconds
-
Loot handoff
Claw of the Phoenix goes to you on drop via trade window or Master Loot, depending on raid settings
-
Re-runs if it doesn't drop
If the item doesn't show up this lockout, the service continues next weekly reset until you get it
Service Start & Delivery
We lock in your slot right after payment - boosters on our TK roster run on weekly reset schedules, and we assign yours within 2-10 hours. Since The Eye opens with Phase 2 (May 14, 2026), demand for Al'ar loot will peak hard in the first weeks, and the Express option bumps you to the front of the line. Claw of the Phoenix is an RNG-dependent drop, so the service can take anywhere from 1 to several lockouts. Based on similar items during the first TBC Classic run, average delivery sat around 2-3 weeks with weekly runs.
Why ChaosBoost
The crew farmed this boss back in 2021 when half the servers couldn't handle platform rotation without wiping to Flame Quills, and that experience transfers one-to-one into Anniversary Edition
In a dialed comp the phoenix god doesn't last long, because the guys know every flight timing between pillars and waste zero seconds on repositioning
Out of the last 150 Al'ar runs in TBC Classic, only 4 ended in a wipe, and those were disconnects, not mechanics
Unlike a pug where you're competing against five melee for one drop, in our carry all relevant loot goes to you as the player who ordered it
