You receive all items and rare equipment that drops, up to the level of pre-raid gear at the end of the run.
Each run increases reputation with The Sha'tar faction, bringing the character closer to unlocking the heroic mode of Tempest Keep.
In heroic mode, the character additionally receives 3 Badges of Justice and a chance to obtain the rare resource Primal Nether.
The final boss, Pathaleon the Calculator, drops a fragment of the key to The Arcatraz (upon first kill), which is important for running the next wing.
