Tsunami Talisman

Tsunami Talisman is an ilvl 128 epic trinket and one of the most sought-after physical DPS items in all of Tier 5 content in WoW: TBC Anniversary. It gives passive +10 hit rating and +38 crit rating, with a chance on crit to proc +340 attack power for 10 seconds (hidden cooldown of 45 seconds). It drops from Leotheras the Blind, the third boss in the Serpentshrine Cavern raid.

At 15% health the boss splits into two bodies - Human and Demon form active at the same time - and if the raid isn't coordinated, everything falls apart in the last few percent.
