Kill and loot distribution
Solarian goes down, and if the wand drops, it's yours. In practice we see the drop roughly 2-3 times out of 10 runs, so we're upfront about it: the item is RNG, and we can't guarantee a drop in one lockout

Service Start & Delivery
We start booking your slot right after payment. First contact with your booster usually happens within 2-10 hours - we pick whoever can run it the cleanest. Solarian is tied to Tempest Keep's weekly lockout, so timing depends on the reset schedule: pay on Wednesday after reset, and the run goes out the same day. Pay on Monday, and you either wait for the next reset or grab Express for priority start in the current lockout.
An average Solarian run from zoning into The Eye to the kill takes 12-18 minutes when we're heading straight for the third boss. A full TK run with all four bosses takes about 55 minutes.
