How WoW Forever Dire Maul Tribute Run Boosting Works

  1. Placing an Order

You choose the number of runs on the service page and add the order to your cart. The Quick checkout form on the same page asks for your region, rule set, and character faction. ChaosBoost operators can help you choose these options if needed.
  2. Payment

The Buy now button opens the payment method selection. One of these methods (ChaosBoost balance) covers up to 100% of the price. You'll receive a personal 10% discount code after registration and enter it in the promo code field with the Apply button.
  3. Booking

Operators receive your order as soon as you pay. They begin the booking process within 5 minutes in most cases. Then they assemble a team for your character's faction and coordinate the start time with you.
  4. Service Execution

The leader will send you a group invitation by the start time. This group of Rank 1 boosters will lead you to Gordok. You can watch the fights or participate in them by following the leader's commands and instructions on Discord.
  5. Order Completion

The operator can check the results with you. They close the order when your character has three guard buffs and loot from the Gordok Tribute chest. You can then leave a review on the ChaosBoost website.

Our team will repeat the run for free if anything from the order is missing. You won't have to pay again for a guard buff or a loot chest.

FAQ

Does the Tribute Chest Drop Beads of Ogre Might?

The Gordok Tribute chest in Forever does not contain Beads of Ogre Might. Players receive this necklace as a reward for the Falrin's Vendetta quest. ChaosBoost sells this quest as a separate product on the website. Two orders for a single character will give you both the three Dire Maul North guard buffs and the Beads of Ogre Might necklace.

Where Does Dire Maul Tribute Run Start?

The run begins at the entrance to Dire Maul North (Gordok Commons) in the center of Feralas. Our team will meet you at the northern wing portal at the time you've agreed upon with the operator. The bases closest to the dungeon are Camp Mojache for the Horde and Feathermoon Stronghold for the Alliance.

What Level Do You Need for Dire Maul Tribute Run?

Blizzard designed Dire Maul (Eldre'Thalas) in Feralas for level 54-60 characters. The final boss of the north wing (Gordok) is a level 62 elite ogre. Rank 1 boosters take on the fight against him. We believe this run is most beneficial at level 60, right before your evening of dungeon runs in Forever.

Why Does My Rule Set Matter?

The operator assembles a team in your character's world by region (US with Oceania or EU) and rule set. There are no separate realms in World of Warcraft Forever. Blizzard maintains a single shared world for each of the five rule sets from Normal to Hardcore. Characters do not transfer between these worlds or factions.

Why Order More Than One Run?

Each run grants your character three new buffs and another Gordok Tribute chest. You choose the number of runs with the option on the service page. We recommend ordering several runs for buffs before each gaming session. This allows you to stockpile Major Healing Potions and Major Mana Potions from the chests.

DM Tribute Run Buffs in Forever

DM Tribute run in Forever gives your character three buffs that last for 2 hours. Each buff bears the name of the ogre guard who gives it. The guards distribute buffs at their posts in Dire Maul North after Gordok's death. Dire Maul buffs increase stamina, damage, and critical strike chance:

  • Mol'dar's Moxie - a buff from Guard Mol'dar increases stamina by 15%. Your character's health pool increases along with it.
  • Fengus' Ferocity - Guard Fengus grants +200 Attack Power and up to +230 to spell damage and healing. The Classic version of this buff gave Attack Power without a bonus to spells.
  • Slip'kik's Savvy - the critical strike chance for spells and attacks increases by 3% with this buff. Raid dungeons disable the effect of this buff.

Fengus' Ferocity and Slip'kik's Savvy enhance both physical damage and spells in Forever. That's why we recommend a tribute run for any role, from tank to healer. This gives your character a boost in five-player dungeons and in open-world farming.

Dire Maul Tribute Loot and Chest

The Gordok Tribute chest appears in Gordok's Seat after the boss's death. This chest contains four consumables and (with a small chance) an Engineering schematic:

These potions, food, and drinks save you from having to buy consumables before dungeons and farming at level 60. There are no Beads of Ogre Might necklaces in this chest. But Captain Kromcrush gives your character the Unfinished Gordok Business quest after your victory over the ogre king. The quest leads you to the Gauntlet of Gordok Might in Dire Maul. Prince Tortheldrin of Dire Maul West once stole this gauntlet from one of the former ogre kings.

King Gordok Kill in Dire Maul North

Rank 1 boosters kill Gordok and leave six other named ogres alive. Among them are the guards Mol'dar, Fengus, and Slip'kik, who provide three buffs for your character. We consider it a mistake to ask the team to kill the guards in Dire Maul North just for their loot. Every dead guard costs you one of these buffs.
