How This Service Works

  1. Placing an Order

You choose the region, ruleset, and faction on the service page. There you also specify the number of runs, the play style (self-play or piloted), and any extras. Quick checkout opens a form for character details on the same page.
  2. Payment

The Buy now button opens the payment method selection. Here you enter your personal registration code in the promo code field to receive a 10% discount, then click Apply. Your ChaosBoost account balance can also cover up to 100% of the order price.
  3. Booking

The order reaches the operators upon payment. They begin the booking process within 5 minutes in most cases. The operator assembles a team on your ruleset and coordinates the run start time with you.
  4. Service Execution

The leader invites you to a group of Rank 1 boosters. This group will kill six bosses with your character (from Witherfang to Rath'mael) and complete faction quests. You can watch the fights or participate in them as the leader directs.
  5. Order Completion

The operator checks the results of each run in the package with you. You can leave a review for the order on the ChaosBoost service page after that.

Our team will repeat the run free of charge if any of the six bosses, quest rewards, or extras from the order are missing. The operator closes the order after a check of the quests and loot on your character.

FAQ: WoW Forever Ruins of Lordaeron Boost

Where Is Ruins of Lordaeron?

The dungeon lies in the old capital above Undercity in Tirisfal Glades. There the Forsaken are fighting to reclaim the city from the Scourge and the necromancer Rath'mael. Our team guides you through King's Alley to the graveyard, where Rath'mael casts an unholy fog over the streets. You won't have to find your way between the bosses.

What Level Is Ruins of Lordaeron?

Blizzard designed WoW Forever Ruins of Lordaeron for level 15-20 characters. The final boss Rath'mael is level 20 and has elite status. Loot from the bosses requires levels 15 through 19. We recommend ordering a run closer to level 19, because the staff and shield from Rath'mael need level 19.

How Long Does a Ruins of Lordaeron Run Take?

The duration of the run depends on your character's faction. Each faction faces six bosses and two undead wave events during the run, after which Viktor the Vile and The Abandoned appear. Horde quests also require turn-ins to NPCs in Undercity and neighboring zones. Alliance ones take the player to Stormwind and Duskwood.

What Do I Need Before the Run?

You need a character of at least level 15. Characters cannot switch between rulesets or factions. That's why our team assembles a group in your character's world. We recommend that Horde players in self-play mode accept four quests from NPCs before the run starts so they don't lose the experience from them.

Should I Choose Self-Play or Piloted?

Self-play is best for players with an interest in the new dungeon. Your character will run through the ruins with our team and receive loot from bosses on a priority basis. Players who don't have a free evening to spend on the dungeon should choose the piloted format. Our booster will play your character for you in this format.

Ruins of Lordaeron Quests for Horde and Alliance

Ruins of Lordaeron quests include six for the Horde and four for the Alliance. The Alliance finds all four inside the ruins. Horde players pick up four quests from NPCs in Undercity, Tirisfal Glades, and Silverpine Forest before they enter the ruins. Five quests lead the group to specific bosses and locations within the dungeon:

  • The Wrath of Rath'mael - The Horde kills Rath'mael at the request of Deathguard Kristof from Brill. Players choose a reward between Forsaken Greataxe and Gnarled Necromancer's Staff.
  • A Frightened Request - Edward Heartweaver's wife in The Sepulcher (Silverpine Forest) asks the Horde to find out her husband's fate. His body lies in the graveyard near Rath'mael.
  • Unending Torment - Abominable Head from The Baron starts a five-step Horde quest chain. The chain leads to Master Apothecary Faranell and grants experience at each stage.
  • Crest of Lordaeron - A quest for both factions that's the easiest to miss. The game places the crest at one of five random locations and doesn't mark it on the map.
  • Abominable Creatures - Captain Truman at the entrance waits for the Alliance to bring him The Baron's head.

Blizzard has reduced the experience from mobs in World of Warcraft Forever dungeons. That's why quests provide most of the XP per run. Our team takes on all of them for your faction. You won't have to assemble a group for each one just to earn around 29,800 XP for the Horde or 22,500 XP for the Alliance. Repeat runs after you complete all quests give less experience than quests outside dungeons.

Ruins of Lordaeron Loot and Rotmender's Raiment

Rotmender's Raiment is a new five-piece cloth set for casters. Its two-piece bonus gives +5 Shadow Resistance. The third piece unlocks +10 Intellect. Pieces four and five include mana and healing procs. A healer with the full set can heal the group longer on a single mana bar.

The Abandoned and Rath'mael each drop one piece of the set. Three other pieces come from regular mobs in the ruins. This gives your character a chance to obtain all five pieces each time.

Rath'mael drops Coldspire Staff and Mirror of Rath'mael at 24 ilvl. Scepter of the Abandoned with a bonus of up to +24 spell power comes from The Abandoned. The game binds Ruins of Lordaeron loot from bosses to the character upon pickup (BoP). That's why the three- and five-run bundles give more attempts at these items with no drop guarantee on every run. Fermenter and Arcane Salvager blueprints for Camping also come from Rath'mael.

Ruins of Lordaeron Location Above Undercity

The staircase to the left of Undercity's main gates leads to the entrance to WoW Forever Ruins of Lordaeron (72.4, 11.6). Alliance players must travel through Horde territory to reach this entrance. Our booster will make this trip for you in the piloted format.

This dungeon covers the leveling range from level 15 to 20. Six bosses and the rare Lordaeron Captain wait for the group inside the ruins. A kill on the final boss Rath'mael counts this dungeon toward the Novice Spelunker achievement. This achievement requires six dungeons. Your account receives one Legacy point for it.
